Cancellation Policy

Accommodation: Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 1 night’s accommodation.

Ridgetop Sleepout Packages: Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the package price, within 3 days of arrival 100% of the package price will be charged.

Tours & Scenic Flights: No cancellation charge if more than 48 hours notice is given, within 48 hours of departure 100% of the experience price will be charged


Terms and Conditions

Bookings: - Bookings can be made online via the website, by calling Reservations or in person at the Resort Amendments and cancellation can only be made by calling Reservations or in person at the Resort. Rates and Charges: - Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable - Rates quoted are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are subject to change at any time, without notice - Any verbal quote given is an estimate only, and will be subject to a written advice upon confirmation of the reservation


Amendments: - All amendments to rooms and dates are subject to availability and rates at the time of amending your reservation. - No amendment fee will be charged for any amendment in relation to a booking. However the guest will be liable for any difference in rates.


Children: - Child rates apply for guests 4 - 16 years when accompanied by 2 paying adults. Infants 0 - 3 years are generally free of charge,
